Slim In 6 got TOOO boring (no music... AHHHH!) so I went back to Turbo Jam. I did Cardio Party 2. 44 mins, 447 calories.

Helloooo!! I'm back! Walked 60 minutes on the treadmill.

Tiffany - how do you choose which Turbo Jam to do? Also, how do you know how many calories you are burning per workout?

I walked 6km's in 1 hour and 5 minutes, and will probably do a Turbo Jam workout before I head to work.

Aimee, I really just pick whatever I feel like doing. Cardio Party 2 was one I hadn't done, so I wanted to try it. It was fun! I try to mix in a couple of sculpting workouts during the week (Turbo Sculpt and 3T), and I switch up the cardios for variety. I have maybe 10 of them? So I have a good selection.

Here's a good rotation guide I found from the TJ thread (in the Exercise section):

Monday and Wednesday - CP 1; CP 2; CP 3; Kick n Core
Tuesday and Thursday - Turbo Sculpt + 20 Minute; Booty Sculpt + Cardio Remix; 3T + Fat Blaster
Friday - Turbo Sculpt or a different workout - Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs, a walk, etc.

For the calories, I have a heart rate monitor that measures your calorie expenditure. It's the best gift I've gotten in a long time. It really keeps me motivated.

I finally made the time today to exercise...my plans for the past 2 days were blown out of the water by a death in my ex's family. (Granddaddy was 92, he was ready to go.)
Today: 35 min The Firm Super Body Sculpt
Plan for tomorrow: Walk 30 min

Tiffany,

I don't have any other info, but an "express' version of Slim Series was just released-shorter versions of workouts by Debbie Siebers. I guess there's info on the beachbody webiste, but I haven't checked. They bored me to tears!

Turbo jam is much more fun!

Hi Everyone! Walked 60 minutes on the treadmill again today. I noticed that it was a little tougher today than yesterday...my stamina needs to be built back up again.

Tiffany - you mean you are supposed to do TWO of those workouts a day? Wowsers!

I did the 20 min workout yesterday - it was good! I really need to get ALL the videos! I have 3, and my friend is going to give me 3 more.

I am planning to go for a walk before work, for 1 hour again.

Nothing yesterday -- I had to time runners at my husband's track meet. So I stood around for hours but I didn't get to run -- I just got to watch teenagers run really fast!

Tonight I ran 3.1 miles on the treadmill.
