Mornin all! Welcome Miss McCoy, your menu sounds yummy!

I didn't manage to do either of my goals for yesterday - husband came and picked my up at work early and wanted to do some other stuff. I didn't bring or wear my sneakers today either (I forgot).

I did lose some weight in my 1st week (today's my WI) so that's good.

Good job Allie.
I had a great day yesterday, ate well and exercised. Tonight going out and going to be around pizza. Plan is to share a slice with the hubby and that's it. I will eat dinner before going out. Lets hope the plan works.

So today isn't going so well. I just checked the points on my staple Turkey Wrap that I eat for lunch and found out it's 25 points!! Of course I figured this out after I ate the darn thing for lunch

So I'm already into my flexies for the week. Not to happy about that.

Beach Babe, I am sure that has happened to more than a few of us. Maybe you could make some 0-point soup for dinner and have a salad with it so you don't go too far over your daily points?

Thank you all for the support on my loss altho I did forget to tell you how much, lol. A pound down. That's Ok by me. I was and am still learning the ropes the first week so I am pleased.

B Alli - Enjoy your piece of pizza! Good luck on your plan for today.

Thanks allison dawn & andreaphillip! The sad thing is that I've been on weight watchers before and I should have known better.

So how is everyone doing today? I went through my cabinets and used a sharpie to mark all the food boxes/packages with the points value per serving. I had some older stuff laying around such as rice, stuffing mix, augratin pototoes. All of this pre-packaged crap. But since there are four of us in the household and I'm the only one dieting (my husband should be also but he isn't quite there yet) I know this stuff will be made at dinner time until I can get rid of it.

I was actually surprised by some yogart that we have. It's the same brand but one is just regular yogart and the other is labled "active". The active yogart is only 1 point each where as the regular is 3 points. My husband picked these up when shopping one day and I doubt that he even realized he was getting different kinds. So I'll be eating the active and pawning the rest off on the others. I just thought that was interesting.

Hope everyone is doing well.

BeachBabe, I haven't tried the Active Yoplait, but I normally buy the Yoplait Light Thick and Creamy...so yummy, and 2 points each.

The 25 point wrap really stinks, but you've learned from it, and that's always a good thing! If you love wraps, as many do, I'm sure you can come up with alternative for about 5-7 points. Good luck!

Hi All! That is interesting about the yogurt. I never thought that would make a difference but apparently it does.

I am doing well today...happy and highly motivated (at this moment, lol) to stay on track today! I have 26 points available to me and I'm gonna use 'em up! I stocked my work fridge yesterday with all kind of yummy food that I can have so no reason to not eat properly. Are you with me? We can do it!
