I just want to say thanks to everyone who is participating!!!! I see posts of some people who are expecting to lose 5lbs a week, which makes me think "Is that really what the normal is?" (I think I've also been clouded by diet pill ads...loose 30lbs in 6 weeks...yeah right!)
Seeing everyone here lets me know that 8lbs in a month is PERFECTLY normal and healthy!
So far this month I'm down 6 and am hoping for a couple more by 8/1! Question though...my official WI day is Thursday. Do I count that day or 8/1 for the challenge?
