  • I'm sorry to hear you're getting sick! Drink some oj with some chicken soup! Well, maybe not together! I love pretty much the whole cd, with 18 wheeler prob being my favorite too. It has such pep! My sis has it too, we're going to try to burn a copy so I don't have to go buy it again. And my dd wrote me an apology letter. No body even told her to do it either. She is such a sweet girl. I'm feeling a little better about the whole thing. I have to go watch last weeks ER now, before Friends starts. I am way behind, lol. Take care all,

    Hi Everyone!
    I'm catching up with all the posts in the last 24 hours! Jen! Dont feel depressed about seeing those small clothes again. Iwas in disbelief when I saw my smaller clothes that Ihad stuck in my luggage and put it away. I gave most of my skinny clothes away but I kept my favorites. I kept a reminder mini sundress that was a size 6. It is old and faded but I kept it cause ...just to keep it! lol I didnt think I would ever get into that again. I kept telling myself that those clothes could not be mine! The pants went up to my knees and got stuck so thats how far Ihad to go to get into these jeans But I washed and hung them in my closet as a goal. I did go out and buy a pair of white tight jeans and I hung them on the closet doors everyday! I bought it too early and it was at least 6 sizes too small . My dream was to wear white jeans in a small size. At my heaviest weight I wouldnt dare cause of cellulite! Well now those pants are hanging in the back of my closet cause theyare too big! So my advice is hang those clothes in your closet and tell them every week, you will be on me in a few weeks/months!

    Laney: My daughter has done the same thing many times to me.She has worn my smaller earrings and has lost them!Broken something of mine or lost it! Oh but I have yelled at her. But I cant be too harsh on her because she is alsosuper sensitive. She has written me like 2 letters telling me how sorry she was. Her dad also made her save her allowance to replace the earrings she lost. Trust me she wants to be more responsible now! Ihave 2 girls and I think I want to go crazy sometimes . I dont know how you do it with 4 kids. My oldest is 10 well she'll be 11 next month and my smallest one is 6 yrs old. Since they are too many years apart , they DO NOT have anything in common! They are always arguing about every single thing. I mean everything!

    Rusty I love your CHinese food tips! Thanks!!!!! Iwill give that a try soon! We have a chinese place about ..1/4 mile from here! I mean I can easily walk to it!
    Appleblossom I will edit the chart and put the 4lb goal. That is a very good goal by the way.

    The Challenge ends Saturday.
    I will be working saturday and sunday so I might not be able to pop in here till late Sunday night. My party rental business is getting a bit busy on the weekends now. Before I used to have either a sunday or saturday free . This week they are requesting attendants since its for about 400 people. So I will be doing the cotton candy/popcorn machines and my hubby will be attending the Bouncehouse.

  • Gen, How is the cold feeling? Do you guys even have heaters down there or is there never a need for them? (USUALLY)

    Well, I feel even worse today than I did last night but I am going to fit in something for a workout. I hate the guilty feeling I get if I don't do it plus I keep thinking that tomorrow I may feel even worse and I don't want to miss more days than necessary.

  • Angie I love the new pics. They are both very good. Maybe you can leave one up for awhile and then change it to the other one.

    I am not the one to talk to about exercising, I still havn't started it.

    I am down the last half pound so that makes a total lose of 8 lbs for this challenge.
  • ALRIGHT KEMPY!!!! I'll bet your jeans are fitting nice now. How much total were you trying to lose? You must be very close now.
  • I want to be to 149 by our birthday I have 7 lbs to go. I really don't see much of a difference in the jeans when I first put them on but once they are on for awhile they are mush looser than before.
  • Wow!! Way to go Kempyd! I would so love to be where you are!! Keep it up and you can't lose! My parents have my kids and we are going out with friends. I am sure I will eat way too much. I might even have a beer...SSSHHHH I am going to go make some o Point Soup now so I can live off of that tomorrow. Repent woman repent! Tomorrow, I'm back in the game. 5 miles on the treadmill and 33 points. Can you tell I'm psyching myself up? It actually should be pretty easy to be good tomorrow because I have a couple of meetings and a stamp party to go to. If I sit home, I have this tendancy to nibble all day long. I have got to get a life!! Keeping busy is the key for me. I hope you all have a good weekend! TTFN,
  • Well, my throat is better today and I gave in to 3 days worth of the munchies! Actually it wasn't too bad. I only had a yogurt for lunch so when I got home from my sons gymnastics class I was starving! I ate 2 slices of toast, one with butter, one with jam. Then a large cracker with butter and then a small bowl of granola with milk. And a tiny peice of chocolate. I guess it could have been worse, i was eyeing a bag of chips but I resistd. Then for dinner we had pasta with gorganzola sauce. No weight watchers meal there. So enough whining, I got myself into this mess so I'm getting on the step right now! (I'm looking forward to weigh-in!!)
  • IT IS WEIGH DAY!!!!!
    I lost 1.5 pounds this week for a total of 9 pounds lost for this challenge!!!

    I hope everyone has a good weigh in today.
  • Checking in for the final weigh-in! I'm down 3.5 pounds this week, for a total of 15.5 pounds for the challenge. Yikes! This puts me JUST into the 260s. I'll take it! Angie, congrats on your loss, and good luck to everyone else... see you for the next round!

    I was at 146 at the beginning of the month & now solidly back at 144...so 2 lbs this challenge, I guess! I am going to aim for 140 by the end of February --

  • I'm down 2 pounds this week. I was hoping for more, but I'll take what I get. I didn't work-out at all, but my food was O.K. Only 3 pounds for this challenge when my goal was 8, but a loss is a loss, right?
    Congrats to everyone else who lost. Amy...WOW! 15 pounds! Good job.
