yesterday. To my surprise I have lost a pound
. I don't know if it's because my calories have been all over - some short, some over; I don't know ????? Anyways, I will check back in bit.

O'well. I did manage to get my execise in. It's not the end of the world, just one day of being a bad girl. :P
I sure hope not being that it's my Birfday!
Get to exercising and Posting ladies!!!! That's what I want for me Bday! Everyone give me at least 20 minutes of cardio today!!!!
I'm not even close, but I am not giving up. I guess I am just getting started! The Fitness area of Sparkpeople has totally motivated me. I LOVE the customized Strength training section! I do it 3 days a week, and boy does it make me sweat and sore afterwards! I have it set to do 30 minutes strength training on M, W, & F. I work my arms, abs, chest, legs, butt, back, everything! It's so cool! 
And I did get in my cardio... a nice hour long power walk around my apartment complex. It's so nice out today!
