  • Today was a good day. So far my cravings have been SEVERE, but I'm empowered by the willpower I have and I've been able to continue on. Every time a craving gets intense, I just down some water. I will get to my goal, I will make sure of it! I'm leaving 200 pounds in the dust! Hello 190s, hope we aren't acquainted for long!

    Lovelyleah: I know what you mean, that's what would happen to me on any normal diet, that's why I went low/no carbs, you see progress so much faster, but it's really hard. Hang in there just think, you are still 2 pounds lighter than when you started

    My official weight today is 144.0 A 3 pound loss for the week. I'm so excited. Really close to overall goal.

  • Hey! I'm late to the group, but better late than never!

    Starting so late, my goal loss for August is 4 lbs (2lbs a week). I'm hoping to be down a pant size and maybe even a shirt size (large chested... never seemed to go down when I lost weight before) by my birthday (Oct. 4).

    I just got my first haircut in YEARS, yesterday and it actually made me feel beautiful (until I saw the full length mirror). I decided right then that I'm turning 30 soon and I refuse to go up another pant size (averaging my age every year in pant sizes). This year, I WILL go down!

    Here we go!



    I find it hilarious that you can't see my freckles in this picture. They cover my nose and cheeks. lol

  • Even though I eat well on Fridays, for some reason my scale likes to go up on Saturday mornings. I'm up half a lb. Hopefully I'll break into the 180's next week though! And yay, today is my Carb Day!

  • MyDarlingQueen I'm already mostly low-carb. I'm not on a specific low-carb diet and I also don't really pay attention to carbs (I'm a calorie counter) but I've noticed that when I eat OP my daily carbs are almost always around 100g.

    So I'm fairly certain TOM is coming soon. Not only do I feel puffy and bloated but I want to eat an ENTIRE BOX of stale oreos. Yep, that's definitely a hormone thing.
