    Good morning you guys

    I had a really nice birthday with all my loved ones. I didn't track calories and I might have kinda eaten all the food, but it was mmh delicious and totally worth it. I expect a gain this week. Back to my normal eating today though
    Best thing about yesterday: I managed to pull through the entire 21k! Woohoo! My official half-marathon is only 5/31, so I'm excited I can do it already.

    summersky14 sorry about the snow! We had like 20°C over here yesterday! Was sitting outside in only shorts and tank top. Also, amazing loss this month! May I ask what your plan is?

    Here's some food for thought.....weird as it may be....
    My usual routine.. got up, went to the bathroom, weighed myself this morning... 200.8!!! I was disgusted after all that effort... Then, 20 minutes later.. bathroom again.. so I decided to weigh in .. 199.6?? Talk about fluctuation!! So next time the numbers haunt me I will remember this! Fluctuation is normal....doesn't mean we are doing anything wrong!

    tinajayne - those little spikes can be so discouraging...but you are right, fluctuations are normal and so many little things can effect them. You are doing great! Hang in there!

    tinajayne - I have a bad habit of weighing myself like five times in the morning. When I first get up, then after I pee, then after I feed the baby, then after I pee again (what, don't look at me like that, I have a small bladder, okay). It's not uncommon for me to drop a full pound between my 'just-got-up' weight and my 'peed-twice-and-nursed-the-baby' weight. I like seeing how it changes.
