A loss of 0.5 is still a loss! Hopefully this will jumpstart things for you once again. You seem to be very fit and muscular and 140 might be too light . . . Do you have a size of clothing you wuold like to fit in? I really don't know what my final goal is yet. I've been overweight since junior high. I would rather be a little heavier and have the muscle mass than lighter without the muscle. I think a size 8 would be awesome. Originally Posted by Razorbackbritt

I kind of expected it--it's been pretty par for the course lately, losing 3 lbs, then gaining 1.5, losing 2 lbs, then gaining 1, etc. etc.).
