Hey Ladies,
It's a new day for me and I'm looking forward to doing everything I gotta do to loose weight. The weekend was pretty good and I'm going to have a great week this week. I will be aiming to loose at least two pounds this week. So I'm going to have to check in everyday and let you all know what my eating is like as well as my working out. I do know that 90% of it will be eating though. So I bought groceries to assist me in getting to my goal.
Brit - You are doing it!! Congrats but I'm sure you are at goal now. I'm looking forward to getting to goal and you are a great inspiration of staying focused!!
Beaka - What's up!? I did my share of snacking but the water and workout saved me from myself.
Matilda - How did your weekend go?
Sal - Have you gotten it together and back on plan yet?
Kriz - My weekend plan was to not do too much snacking get in soem exercise and I did well. So my week will be a lot of the same. I need to get in an hour on the treadmill everyday.
