I could definitely have slept longer this a.m. Had a good weekend -- didn't do much socializing but got some stuff done. The shoes worked great. I did my Saturday run in the new runners and walked about 6 miles in the walking ones, back out for another four miles this a.m. Feet are happy.
So, today I begin to count points for real. I was very well-behaved over the weekend, just didn't count. But today
Mel, that's so cute that DH is so anxious to get the lights up! Love that kind of enthusiasm. We've never put up lights but I'm thinking I'm just going to go ahead and do it myself.
Auntie g, I can see how the oatmeal would work for you. I don't know if I'd have it for lunch, but I can definitely see having it for dinner if I'm by myself. Not too many points, healthy, easy to digest before bedtime. Thanks for the idea.
Three more pounds down? Kudos! You've inspired me to action.
Liz, size TEN!!!

You've just done fantastically. I think buying stuff at the Bazaar and sticking it in the freezer is a great idea. Beautiful thing, that family adopting. I bet it is a lot of work -- making Christmas happen for ourselves is! -- but could anything give you a warmer Christmassy glow?
Carri, BL is always stupid but it does seem especially so this year. It's like the trainers are trying to help them lose weight and the people who decide what else they're going to do are trying to make them gain weight. Eating what Marines eat? Competing to eat the highest number of calories? Feh. I like watching them lose weight but I've started fast-forwarding through a lot of the show.
K, Wimmens -- let's get out there and be fabulous!
