178.4... Went down quite a bit from yesterday! Working on legs at the gym today so it should go back up. After I give those big muscles a workout I tend to hold onto water... Still excited to see the scale going down though!
I've been sick, really sick, all week, so I missed my weigh in and haven't been doing much but sleeping and eating. I weighed today, and I was up to 179, which isn't very surprising. I feel much better today and plan on getting back into my routine. Hopefully I am back to the weight I was on Wednesday, or even less!
