I'm sorry to hear that. I rarely wear shoes since I'm always in the house, and when I'm outside I wear these really thin slippers with hardly any padding on the bottom. The only thing that I noticed was I'm able to run longer.
Since I started running I have had more energy, I hope to be running outside in a couple of weeks but right now I run on the treadmill where I can have privacy and not feel so self conscious. I need to buy some workout clothing plus my dog can be my jogging buddy. I prefer my dog because she will run, walk, or stop whenever I stop and I would feel bad making a friend slow down just because I'm getting tired.
My flowers are doing great also, even the flowers that looked like they were about to die are now flourishing and beautiful. The only thing that I get tired of is the weeds, here in Colorado the weeds have thorns on them so I can't pull them up and I hate using weed killer around my flowers. I cut the weeds with scissors now. I hate how quickly weeds grow. I got a little off topic lol
