    so i'm pretty excited today i put on a shirt that i bought about a month ago and i felt like it just made my stomach show really bad.. like hugged my love handles in all the wrong ways. but today i love it. sometimes its the little things in life, lol.
  • Definitely the little things! My friend Kelly yesterday was in the middle of having a serious conversation with me...stopped...looked at me and was like"damn girl I swear every time I see you you look skinnier" I said that I was pretty sure I wasn't any smaller considering I just saw her a couple of days ago lol. but it made me feel better anyways

    I totally just ate some fast food for breakfast and I think i'm gonna HURL!! I haven't had ANY fast food in well....I can't remember.
  • I haven't worked out the last 2 days. The boy and I went walking around downtown like south of my house in the entertainment district area.. i got to thinkin about it and i'm pretty sure it was a good 1.5-2 miles so thats not too bad i guess. I'm definitely going to work out when i get off work today though..

    My food is good still staying between 1200-1400 cals a day. Today I had a hummus wheat pita for lunch and I'm pretty sure I could become vegan and not even notice Anyways ladies hope everything is going ok and I guess I'll see tomorrow if I've made any progress on the scale this week!!

    I did 40 min on the elliptical it was over 5 miles! and then I did some weights and my ab exercises. workout- check! good food- check! flattening stomach- check!

    Needless to say I'm having a good day Oh but I forgot to weigh this morning so I guess I'll do that tomorrow. Have a good day ladies!

    Boy and I went walking around the park trail last night and I had a tick on me this morning when I was in the shower! Ah! I'm kinda sore though I think between the length of the walk and the terrain I used different or more muscles than normal. Anyhow food is on point and exercise is better than its been in months but I can't seem to remember to weigh myself so.. maybe tomorrow?
  • Ladies...well I have probably been eating too much lately but I am still bloated as all **** and up like 7 lbs!! But I haven't started TOM yet, so that makes me 2 days late.

    I have been working out at least once everyday if not TWICE

  • I didn't work out yesterday and I bartend tonight after I get off work here so there will be no working out today either. Hopefully tomorrow and Sunday I'll get something good in to make up for it. Today has been kinda bad food wise but I haven't slipped up any other day luckily.. keep on keepin on!
  • hey girls i have had a bad cough and cold since i came back from miami. i think i have bronchitis so i am going to the doc today. hopefully they can figure out whats going on and i can be in the gym by tuesday. i am sooo ready to be back on my wl plan ugh.
  • I didn't work out the past 2 days because of work....but I definitely am going to get one in today even though I am crampy and bloated as ****! I am just ready to start TOM now..lets hope as soon as it does that all this weight falls right off.
  • hi my sexy ladies....I missed you all.I went to the beach yesterday dor the first time this summer...and I am pretty proud of how far I have come. I have been maintaining around the 174 mark for a while becasue I have been as strict on eating. but I ma happ to not gain. I am up running 5 miles comfortably. I can't believe it!

  • no story yet this bronchitis has my posts short and to the point lol. i get winded and my mama makes me get off the comp. i promise miami tales by friday though!
  • I weighed today and I'm the same.. same ol same. I think I'm going to start going back to the boxing gym the bag at my house is always in use when I'm home and I just feel like I need that kick in the booty a couple times a week.

  • Man I feel like I'm never going to lose any more weight at this rate. I haven't been doing very good on eating low carb..not awful..just not good. BUT I still haven't started TOM so now I am 8 days late! Which means its been over 2 weeks of bloating pms.

    I didn't work out for a couple of days because I felt so crappy...but I did a hard core butt workout yesterday and I am sooo sore today. I'm gonna have to do abs today I think.

    Sorry I haven't been around much ladies, just stressed about money and such and not much new going on since I am in this stall until I start.
