  • 3-1/2 hrs skating
  • 47 minutes ss cardio power walking with my new proper running shoes instead of those wretched cross trainers. Finally!!!
    Thought it best to do this instead of HIIT to check out my knees.
    So far so good!
    20 min yoga.

  • weights FBWO + 30 mins jogging...meant to go for 50, but the WL is wearing me out, it seems.
  • 90 min UBWL and Abs
    20 min yoga.
  • 75 min walk with my mom - 4 miles. Not really high-intensity, but very nice.
  • Sat- Walked a lot looking at houses. Climbed up and down steps alot. I guess we did this for an hour or so. It was enuff to hurt the hip.

    Sun- Housewife stuff, laundry...hip still huts...sigh...
