crap to be completely honest. Some days ago I got under 300 again only to now be 308. Wtf anyhow I binged for the first time in a long time, will get back on track tomorrow. My daughter is sick (a cold I think but she’s miserable), I have family coming in and so much to do. I am bigger than this, literally and figuratively
this too shall pass, let’s do it.
God is good, all the time! I’m eating a bag of fresh broccoli, Taylor farms Buffalo ranch veggie dip single serve tray, 2 eggs mixed with cottage cheese and broccoli, 2 sausages, 1 teaspoon of jelly and a slice of bread.

still 4.2 up from lowest but down from yesterday yay! I had a homemade salad with Late July sweet potato tortilla chips, fajita chicken from heb, sharp cheddar shreds from heb and some Gyu Kaku sesame miso dressing. I also had a grape Poppi soda it was really good and some Tom and Jenni no sugar added chocolate caramels 1 serving 70 calories. I’m about to have my last chili lime seaweed it’s so good y’all.
happy about it, it was 301.8 lbs yesterday I believe so .2 down! lol I just ate a big homemade salad made out of garden salad mix from heb, Caesar dressing, some heb sharp cheddar cheese from heb and 2 eggs. Along with about 6 Trader Joe’s Buffalo wings. I also had half a Trader Joe’s milk chocolate bar at around 60-70 calories and some spearmint and green tea sweetened with Stevia. May have some frozen yogurt with toppings later from Menchie’s and planning to have heb cauliflower pizza for dinner.
my goal is to get below 300 by Sunday. I can't weigh in until Friday, so praying on it. Eating some bbq pop chips, and having a sausage and pepper heb caulifñower pizza
