What is it?
Ugh so my meeting with my pt yesterday was worse then I could have imagined

Last week I did an insane amount of exercise(rock climbing, hiking, swimming ect) but all of it was leg work and leaning more towards cardio. So my legs actually seemed stronger BUT my arms have like atrophied

I could barely lift what I'd been lifting before and it was soooo hard. We only did 50min when we were doing over an hour and had to lower a bunch of the weights. My trainer says it will probably take me two weeks to get back to where I was with my arms grrr! I was so disappointed and felt totally pathetic! He also had me do something we'd never done before. We do circuit training and have very few rests, well yesterday he eliminated the rests and made me jog or do jumping jacks instead of resting. I almost threw up and was so dizzy. Sigh. Super sore today, I was going to go hiking or swim but its raining.... lame
