  • Okay so if anyone is still here with me (lol) Today was okay eating was mediocre, worked out and had a good supper, have lunch made for tomorrow (yeah). We start our "biggest loser comp" at work tomorrow tomorrow so should be fun
  • I'm still paying attention, Silent Good luck at the Biggest Loser thingy at work!
  • I'm ready to get out of the 300s. READY!

  • Biggest Loser start date, not pleased with my "starting" weight but I will get that down and chip away at it. Good to have support of coworkers. Other than that a grumpy day pour moi. I kept putting my foot in my mouth and inadvertently ticking people off. Ah well!
  • I finally did it. 37.2lbs lost as of today, I am officially kicking the 300's out of my life. Cya 300!

    Silent - I am tired today too, I think I'm going to have to go to bed a little earlier than I was before I started exercising every day. I can tell I've been working hard, I'm dragging.

    rachael M yeah I was discussing with a friend, everyone raves about how much more energy they have when they start exercising but we're finding we're more tired and need more sleep. LOL We know its good for us though so we're sticking to it.
