Congrats on your success to date...55 lbs. is a ton...I've been able to do run/walks, but have to limit my speed, duration, and distance to a couple of miles at best...sounds like the diet is improving your health(the BP meds)...for me, I'm less congested that I have previously been(after I got down to 243 from 283 via the HCG diet)...got any diet tips for to share??Originally Posted by BillS
