  • This month has not been the greatest for me. My original plan was to get to 156.4. But after spending the majority of the month above my lowest weight that isn't going to happen. I have reapplied myself and this morning i was back at my lowest weight of 161.4. So i'm hoping by some miracle tat by March 1st i can get out of the 160s.

    I just recently started working out. I am taking it easy so far, only about 20 minutes. I have to build up to it due to my asthma. But it is making me feel good.
  • Well after a bit of fluctuation, I'm down 3 of the 5 lbs I wanted to lose by March 1st. I've been walking everyday and really working hard at making better food choices (I managed to resist fast food 3 times in the last week )

    So with some renewed enthusiasm I'm going to work really hard over the next week to make my goal!

    haha. This is so uncool of my body. I'm having some issues though. Not enough produce in the house so I've been having smaller portions of other stuff, but still not good stuff. I am vowing to get this to go down. Last week I was pmsing so bad and I thought by now I would start, but nope.. nada for now..

    Notes ~ Looks like I may go past my goal weight of 8 lbs and actually shoot for the 10 lbs this month!!

    Yesterday's weight was up b/c I drove for 8 hours and then only got 2.5 hours sleep that night, so I expected a fluid gain.

    Last night I slept for 9 hours so I got my pound back and lost another.

    I am eating pretty low calorie right now, 1200 has been my high day this week, and a lot of days I hit around 1000. Also consuming plenty of water. Really going to try and hit February and March very hard and HOPEFULLY see the mid 140s by the end of March.
  • This morning i weighed in at 161. Just another 1.1 pounds to get under 160. So close.

    Ok well, I'm glad I'm back down. My body has not been past this weight in over a decade. I wonder if that's why I'm stuck. Well, I'm going to up my water intake stay around 1500. Its been hard to stick to that when I'm at work, but getting nuts and some beef jerky in is helping me to get to the calories I need.
