GOOD MORNING PLATOON!!!!!
I think today Kendra deserves a HUGE round of applause!!!!!

Yesterday I didn't get in any exercise at all, unless you count grocery shopping (which I didn't count). I got off work at 4:30PM, went and picked up my youngun', and met my mom at the grocery store. After we got to her house I had to separate her groceries and mine, write her a check for my part, get Brenna fed, and then we packed my groceries in my car and finally we headed home. Brenna and I got home around 9:30PM last night. She headed straight for bed and I put away the groceries. Then it was time for my husband to come home from work and we headed for bed too. I let myself down by not having time to get in any exercise yesterday. I have plans to hit the office gym today though while on lunch break!

I am so ready for this weekend! Just another two days of work and we can be away from the office for a couple of days! I have weekend plans to go kayaking with my friend! That's going to be fun!

I hope that my knee feels better by the time I get home. I know this sounds weird, but I REALLY want to take the dog for that 3 mile walk this evening! If not, I'll have to find some exercises in the house that I can do. I just really want to add some miles to my week! I look forward to hitting my goal of 10 miles this week and am over the halfway point!
Oh well. I will continue to remain strong and run from the temptation!
I hope your knee feels better soon. As much as you can, use R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Good for you for doing an upper body workout at lunch time.
