  • Well what I ate was slightly different from my previously posted plan, but I hit 1200 right on.

    Today:

    Breakfast (350): 5 slices smart bacon (100), 1 ww english muffin (130), part of an egg (30), coffee with vanilla almond milk (90).

    Snack (230): Large apple (130). 2 Light Babybel cheeses (100).

    Lunch (240): salad of spinach (10), 10 grape tomatoes (20), 4 black olives (25), 1 T Parmesan (25). Boca fake chicken patty (160)

    Dinner (330): pb&j - 2 slices ww bread (180), 1 T nat pb (100), 1 T black cherry jam (50)

    Snack (50): light babybel cheese (50)

    Tomorrow is a 1500 calorie day, ready for a big breakfast!!!

    Breakfast (408): 1/2 cup rolled oats (150) with 1/2 small banana (45), 1 T nat pb (100), 2 packets Truvia (0), 1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk (23). Coffee w/vanilla almond milk (90).

    Lunch (370): 1 boca fake chicken patty (160), 1 serving frozen eggplant, zuchinni and tomato mix from TJs (70). Strawberry Chobani greek yogurt (140).

    Snack (180): S'mores Luna Bar (180) and black coffee (0)

    Snack (100): 5 carrot sticks (20), 5 grape tomatoes (10), 1 tsp 1000 island dressing (20), 3 cheese cubes (50)

    Dinner: 1 cup Amy's low sodium Lentil Soup (150), 1 slice ww bread (90) with 1 tsp earth balance (33). 2 Light Babybel cheeses (100).

    Lunch (339): 1/2 cup Amy's Lower Sodium Lentil soup (150). 6 baby carrots (24), 4 black olives (25) and 10 grape tomatoes (20) with 1 T hummus (70). 1 light babybel cheese (50)

    Snack (100): Small piece of Lemon bar

    Dinner (444): 1 cup of Annie's White Cheddar Rotini with tomatoes (400). 6 baby carrots (24) with hummus (20).

    Here is my today:

    Breakfast (443): 1 slice ww toast (90), 1 tsp margarine (33), omelet with 2 eggs (140), 1 T cream cheese (45), 1 T Parmesan (25), sauteed spinach, onions and tomatoes (20). coffee with vanilla almond milk (90).

    Lunch (500): sandwich of 2 slices ww bread (180), 3 slices smoked tofurky (60), hummus (100), shredded carrots and baby spinach (20). Strawberry Greek yogurt (140)

    Dinner (546): rosemary almonds (100), brown rice/quinoa mix with lentil dal (246), few bites carrot cake (200).

  • Hi I'm new here :] Can I join? I need something like this to get me committed to my diet! I didn't figure out how much I am going to be doing yet.. I start this Thursday (10/21) Because tomorrow (10/20) I have a wedding to go to and I know I will not be able to count at all. After that I am going to be strict, so I have some time to decide my calorie allowance maybe I will explore some calorie calculators to get ideas.
