I quit smoking recently and love this gum. Keeps my mouth busy.

I should totally be rewarded on the scale tomorrow. I gotta get to bed. I stayed up too late last night and I don't want that slowing me down!

About vegetables, I love artichokes but that is because I ate them since I was a child. I only broil them and eat them with vinegar or lemon. I also eat spaghetti squash with homemade sauce (peeled tomatoes cooked with garlic, basil, and oregano).
