    onestar-Good job trying the new recipe! I've been doing that alot lately just to freshen things up. I'm glad it turned out well so maybe you'll be more comfortable doing it more in the future.

    NightAngel-Awesome that you could squeeze into those 16's. In no time they'll be loose on you!!!

    I weighed today...up 1 pound (134.4), but I know it'll come right off. No guilt. This week is planned out well for another good OP streak to maybe (hopefully?) get super close or into the 120's this month. If that happens, I'll have to rethink my May goals. That's okay by me!

    Sorry to say I've been stuffing my face for the past 10 days
    I didn't weigh myself yesterday because I was too afraid to face the truth.

    I'm trying for a binge free rest of the month & I will weigh myself at the end of the month.

    louisa - okay, it's on - 2lbs by the end of the month! Yikes, not sure I can do it (business travel all this week) but I will give it my best shot. Are you in too?

  • Hey ladies! I did good today. Healthy foods and killed it in the gym! Jogged 25 minutes straight! Im hoping to see a woosh after TOM. I'm even thinking of going back to the gym tonight.

  • Dancer: I'm shooting for 177 by the end of the month, and since I went out and was off plan last night, I'm up a pound today, which means I'm going for 4.6 pounds by the end of the month! But I'm pretty sure I can do it. I think this pound up is an anomaly.

    Motivated: 9 pounds in 19 days! Color me jealous.

    MsP: I'm with you. I went out and had a lovely evening with friends, went over my calories, and am up a pound today, but I'm not worried and don't feel guilty.

    SusieMartin: get crackin' girl, it's time to reign it in and get serious. You can do it!

    NightAngel: Good for you! I can totally relate as I'm having so much fun wearing clothes I couldn't for a long time, and some clothes fit better than when I bought them, which is really rewarding.

    beaka: here's to TOM beating feet and taking some weight with him so you reach your goal early!

    Tomorrow is the first delivery from farmers for our CSA, so I'll be weighing and packing spinach, lettuce, asparagus, radishes and onions. Wahoo, bring on the fresh produce! Still not feeling much better yet, but I slept better last night and exercised today. Hoping for a miraculous recovery in the next two or three hours. Wish me luck.
  • i'm up .6 for the last two days. i have been eating a little off plan but oday will be completely OP. i think i need to change up my exercise too so i will do my biggest loser video tonight instead of the park. the video is more of a whole body workout anyways. have a great day ladies!

  • Hey ladies! I got a little snacky tonight (on healthy snacks, but went over my 1200 cals by a couple hundred) and missed my run due to a flat tire on my van throwing my schedule completely off. NOT a great day! But, here I am making sure I knock off the unscheduled snacks and keep my runs on track for the rest of the week. I'm guessing the scale will show me up a bit tomorrow, but I'll deal with it. Keep moving forward!!!

    beaka-It feels good, but still SOooooooo far away. I'm struggling with this last bit. I was super thrilled with how the month started out. Now, I just want to finish strong and continue making those healthy choices. Let me tell ya....Once I've reached goal and maintained for a month, I'll feel like I've slain the beast of weight loss!!!!

    I've hit some sort of weight loss groove here. I think the lifestyle change of no eating between meals is helping. Plus, I am doing exercise I truly enjoy, so it doesn't feel like work to do it. Last week, I went dancing on three nights.

    Hey, if DWTS can get a skinny celebrity toned, why can't it work for me.

    motivated chickie-That rocks!!! WOW..what a groove you've found! I fell off the no snacking wagon, but I'm back on now. You're an inspiration!

    Today, I'm going to my parents' to help with some yardwork and then coming home to do a little here, plus my run afterward. My meals are planned and I shouldn't have much time for snacking, so here's a healthy, happy day and a good loss on the scale tomorrow!
  • I’m happy today because according to my MBI I’m no longer obese!!! I achieve my April goal! Anyway I will kept reading and posting on this thread because I know that your inspiration and support have been the key to achieve this goal.
