  • Fifty-five minute bike ride for me today. After yesterday's workout on the treadmill I could feel my quads this morning when I woke up. The bike felt really hard and after 30 minutes was wondering what on earth could be the problem. Then I realized that right after my last workout on the bike, I had turned the tension UP a notch. No wonder my legs felt like they were going to fall off! I managed to do my minimum 50 minutes after the warm-up and gladly stepped off to stretch.

    Group total = 11362 +55 = 11,417


    I really wish I could just stay in bed all day. Taking myself to the shower instead. Have a good workout y'all! ;-)

    I did 75 minutes total of walking today. Woo HOO Me. ha!

    Personal Total 721 + 60 = 681 min

    Group Total: 11572 + 60 = 11632
  • Treadmill walk and back/ab exercises.... 45 min total


    Group total ~ 11,632 + 45 = 11,677 minutes
    We're within spittin distance of 200 hours ! (12000minutes!)
  • Tonight I did 45 minutes on the treamill, hill level 4. I am going to skip the weights tonight because I am too tired. That's what I get for not getting enouhg sleep! My total is now 1052.

    The group total is now 11,677 + 45 = 11,722
  • I did my 30 minutes at Curves today. Old Group Total was 11,722 + Dogpal's 30 minutes =11,752 New Group total.
  • 30 pathetic minutes! 20 more days till I have formed a habit!

  • Still avoiding cardio and did my Richard Simmon's Blast and Tone DVD which is 25 minutes. Although I have to say that at this weight sometimes even doing weights get my heart going and me sweating. So maybe I am doing cardio without even realizing it.
