Fifty-five minute bike ride for me today. After yesterday's workout on the treadmill I could feel my quads this morning when I woke up. The bike felt really hard and after 30 minutes was wondering what on earth could be the problem. Then I realized that right after my last workout on the bike, I had turned the tension UP a notch. No wonder my legs felt like they were going to fall off! I managed to do my minimum 50 minutes after the warm-up and gladly stepped off to stretch.

I really wish I could just stay in bed all day. Taking myself to the shower instead. Have a good workout y'all! ;-)
