i've been sick for a while now, i am really tempted to go back to the gym tomorrow but i think i push myself too hard when im sick so i might have to wait a while. grr

Today's goal is to start my beginning running program again. I've been calling it a revised C25K, however, our teammate Heather brought it to my attention that it's actually a C210K! Woohoo...by the end of this challenge, I should be running 10K. This is gonna be fun.
Also, I like "peer" pressure. If my team members are all eating healthy and exercising like crazy, then I wanna do it, too. So, let's plan those healthy meals and do some sweating!

That's Awesome! I'll be glad to give you any suggestions on books, websites, recipes, dealing with transitioning I can. I'm still learning things daily about it myself but have a pretty good grip on the basics
