dream, that's a great loss for 2 weeks! As for the arms, I don't lose much there either. I look at my slim sister, though, and her arms are kind of big too. I just think it's the way we're made -- heavier on the top. I think I've lost maybe one or two inches in my upper arm even after losing 112 pounds! You'd think it would be more, considering I lost about 12 inches or more in my waist. The only thing that removes the fat is creating a calorie deficit and doing cardio, as you know, but the sculpting may change the shape of your arm and you'll eventually see a reduction in inches because of that. I think it just takes a while, especially if you tend to put on weight there, as I do.
Well, I've already lost 7 of those 11 pounds I gained over the weekend, so I'm back down to 167. My body is so weird.
