I would like to do it too. I need some help because I lose my motivation really fast. I think being on here every day will help me. LETS LOSE THE WEIGHT!!

I know it's a little over the top but I totally expected a gain. On the way home I called dh and told him I gained (April Fool's). Then I started cracking up and told him I was down.
I crack myself up!
I guess I've not been as strict on the diet either...
You're doing awesome!
Of course, the weight gain may be due to a major binge this weekend.
I've been having a really hard time this week being hungry alot and craving foods. I'm also hitting a wall about 3pm.
I've upped my activity alot between an hour at the gym 5 times a week and working 4 hours a day weekdays doing carpentry work with DH. My previous activity was a walk around the lake pushing the stroller or a leisurely bike ride. I think I've been kicking my own butt, activity-wise.
I'll let you know how I do.
You were missed here too! Great decision IMO. No sense in adding to your frustrations by gaining back the weight that you've lost. YAY! I'm so excited that you're back with us.
