Patzi, I have one word for that woman...Jealous! Don't give her the power to make you upset. She only wishes she was doing as well on maintenance as you are. I would take her with a grain of salt. If you want to give that talk, do it! If not, then don't. But don't let that one person influence your decision. As you can see from the responses, you already are helping a lot of people.
Case in point, I weighed in at lunch time and I had what I like to call a "Patzi Moment."

If you saw my previous posts regarding the run I did over the weekend, my eating included carbs and then some. With a purpose, but nonetheless, I wasn't used to it. I also didn't get enough water in over the weekend. When I weighed in on Monday, the scales reflected a 2.5 pound gain. Yikes! So, I got right back in the game and disciplined myself. Carb loading was done and over. Time to get back to the green menu and water. Today, I've lost that 2.5 pounds. So, I'll take that net zero for the week. You've taught me that just because you may put on a few pounds due to diet modifications, that doesn't mean that can't come right back off. So...THANK YOU!!!!
