I am getting worried I am not going to make it to the 10! I have been better than good this week, so have to figure out what I can do to boost my loss for the final WI. Regardless, any loss is good, I made the 20 lb. challenge. My weight trainer told me tonight I am becoming too obsessed with my weight. I think after this, I have to quit obsessing over it so much and focus on something more constructive, like dwindling sizes

I am looking better, feeling better, so I need to stop worrying about how fast this weight comes off, things are moving in the right direction, no matter how fast or slow they move, they are moving. Have a good week everyone, no matter how the numbers turn out, I am going to keep doing my best and will be happy knowing I did.
