January's calorie deficit - 6630
Down another 3.6 pounds.
At 135, I have 16 pounds to go. Running and lifting three times a week has made the difference here.
Time to change the ticker and prepare for the home stretch.

fantastic! I made your grill cheese sandwiches last nite. I used the zero cooking spray on the pan and both sides of the low calories bread. It browned up beautifully and I also used a new find in cheese. It's called "Veggie Chipotle", with peppers and spices in it. One oz is 60 calories and plenty cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich.
Wish I had your love of exercise. 
Wow, big loss (3.6). I bet you were smiling all day, all your hard work and exercise really paid off. About Fitday, I put one serving of Fiber One in my "Favorties" section and it's been registering my calories correctly all along. Then a few days ago it went Haywire for some reason, so I deleted it and entered it again into my custom, then favorites. It's working correctly again! I can see why you don't trust it.

Congrats on your 1 pound loss. You're smart planning two weeks of menus and only buying that at the grocery store. That's really the key to losing weight, don't buy junk food, only planned healthy foods.
