NEW FOOD - Tried something called tzatziki (sp?) from Trader Joes. It's a cucumber dip. Not too bad.
SNOW - Love to look at it, Hate to drive in it or shovel it. Love snow days, hate the extra laundry of kids playing in the snow!
APRIL - Wearing flipflops on a regular basis. I'm getting a pedicure this weekend so I am ready!

Just wanted to pop in and let you all know I will be out of town until Thursday. I'm headed to StateLine (CA/NV) for a little gambling, Moody Blues concert, and shopping at the outlet mall. I will also go in to Vegas to see Paula's sister.
I HATE shopping but I really need a couple golf shirts; I start lessons on Saturday.
I will be packing the cooler and other than one lunch out my meals are planned.
Have a good couple days and I'll chat with you Thursday.

I am happy today is the last day of March because I am so ready for April. We have rain and very strong winds today. Hopefully that is the spring air blowing its way in!
Lessofmaur - thanks for noticing. I was stuck for 2 weeks! This morning, it even took my eyes awhile to register that there was actually a new number on the scale for a change!

I stopped by Kohls after work and found 2 pairs of pants for 6.99 each. Size 16 reg and they actually fit! After my disappointing experience on Saturday, I felt like I won the lottery!

Off to obedience class with Hondo the Border Collie. We have two more left after tonight. I am hoping my pedometer goes over 10,000...its 7200 right now. Maybe we will have to jog and heel
Just stopping in to say hello!! Today I weighed in and was actually up a pound but I refuse to move my ticker!!! I am not moving in the right direction!!! Well, Monday I started a 1200 calorie a day challenge and the scale better start moving in the correct direction!! So far not so bad, but it is an adjustment to drop 300 calories a day!!!
Did anyone watch Starr Jones on Oprah. How sad all the ridicule she suffered from everyone because she was ashamed to talk about how much weight she had gained. I'm sure we can all identify with that feeling, yet she was crucified for not telling everyone how she did it. I totally understood what she was saying, if you admit you had the surgery you admit you are out of control with the food. Kind of fits in with our question "who have you told"...only she couldn't really choose not to tell anyone. Never really gave her situation much thought before cause I didn't watch the View, but I have a new appreciation for what it must have been like for her.
