  • Hi, add 20 mins on the exercise bike for me (1x7 +1x10)

  • Here are the miles walked for the rest of my trip. Thursday really tuckered me out so I went easy on Friday and Saturday was running around the airport, but Newark is a big airport and walking around while carrying a 30 pound backpack is definitely a workout in my book. However I did decide that I needed to deduct about .5 miles every day for normal walking around. I have done the calculation below.

    Tuesday - 3.94
    Wednesday - 2.57
    Thursday - 4.53
    Friday - 1.72
    Saturday - 1.06

    Total miles = 13.82 - .5 miles per day (also adjust for previous 3 days listed) = 9.82 x 25 = 246 minutes. That brings my total to 952 minutes.

    The group total is now 9574 + 246 = 9820
  • 40 minutes cardio dance for me again today.

    9820+40+9860
  • 9860+60=9920
  • Walked the dog for 45 minutes. I have alot of minutes to catch up on this last week of the month!!!! I am bound and determined to do it.

    GROUP TOTAL 9920 + 45 = 9965





    OK, gals, who's going to bump us over the 10,000 mark this month?

    Again been absent all week, but have been working out. Last recorded here was last Sunday. So, since then:

    Mon - 0.00
    Tue - 0.00
    Wed - 35.00 bike
    Th - 50.00 bike
    Fri - 35.00 treadmill at gym - no knee pain! Yes!
    Sat 90.00 dance class
    Sun 73.50 bike

    For a total of 283 minutes done this week.

    Group Total = 9965 + 283 = 10,248

    That brings me to 430 minutes to reach my goal for May.

    I love to see my belly getting smaller! :-) And I love to do all this exercise.

  • Went for a quick 10 minute walk, cuz I was bored...found out it's kinda COLD out...and I was in SHORTS. Bah.

    Brings me to 50 minutes for the day so far!

  • 90 minutes for me yesterday. Still have to do today, but I'll get 'r done!

  • Wow, Melissa D - You're SMOKIN' !!! I did 34 minutes (over 1.5 miles) on the treadmill tonight. Not as good as I wanted, but better than I have done in months! Tomorrow it's back to workout class and maybe Curves, too.

    34 + 10,521 = 10,555 Group Total

    I did weights at the gym and a brisk walk with the dogs... for 35 min...

    group total ~ 10,555 + 35 = 10,590 minutes

    Wow, we got over 10K already... some of you were holding back on us!
  • Just the 30 mins on the bike and walking to and from school, 10 mins each way. I am looking forward to having the stitches out, 'cos I want to get back onto the treadmill. I haven't wanted to 'jiggle' the wound, and it would probably be OK by now, but I want to be REALLY careful. I should be back on the treadmill on Thursday.

    Personal Goal... 640 - 50 = 590 mins left of May's goal of 1800

    Group Total... 10,590 + 50 = 10,640

    Yep, things are certainly looking up!
