Susan - nice deficit! How's that exercise feeling?

I have to admit I took 2 (and a half really) days off from it over the weekend and I really feel suddenly lazy and sluggish from the lack of it.
Donna - Wow! That's like 7 hours. I'll bet it feels great, at least mentally, what an accomplishment.
AngieLynne - nice deficit and congrats on the jeans, that is a NICE NSV.
Lena - congrats on getting over that deficit, I admire you so much that you can stay consistently over 1k.

Welcome BlynC! I calculate my deficit exactly as you described. I use Fitday, but use their "basal" number for how much I burn every day than add exercise and subtract food just like you said.
Deficit of 668 for me today. I am beginning to feel a little better with some good eating and some exercise. Have a lot on my mind though, moving soon, planning a wedding, review time at work, oh how do we do it all?

Some of you ladies truly amaze me in what you find time for, and it's a relief to see you here every day doing just that.
