  • I did weightlifting at home on Monday – 35 minutes.

    Tuesday: jogging 30 minutes with new running shoes. Great run (and shoes!), no ache anywhere.
    I also had an appointment with an instructor at my new gym and put together a weightlifting program.

    Today, Wednesday: warm-up on elliptical trainer + weightlifting lower body + ab crunches + stretching (50 minutes).
  • biking - 30 minutes 9.47 miles
  • biking - 30 minutes 9.59 miles
    walking - 20 minutes .82 miles
  • biking - 30 minutes/10.81 miles
  • 45 minutes (wallking, running & biking)

    i did 10 mins cross trainer level 4, bike 20 mins random level 6, rower 6 mins pulled 200times and 10 mins on tread mill hight 40 speed 40 was a bit hot when finished lol hope ur all well Angie xx

  • hi hows everyone doing, iam glad to report 1 more pound down i was doing well till yesterday couple people from work were leaving and they bought chocks in well how can you say no i cant iam ok i dont buy any chocs but i cant refuse it lol, so i may have lost more if i hadnt been naughty, but i did enjoy it so lol, beeen to gym today done 38 mins 10 cross trainer 20 bike 8 rower, then did 9 diffrent weight felt real good when finished, hows everyone eles going ??
