If I don't I'll still be happy. This was a great month, and from now on I think that my monthly goal will be to lose 5 lbs every month. opheliaphoenix - that's ok. Maybe its the yogurt. That water weight will be gone in no time.

I'm off to my walk now, but it seems that I'll have to do some light jogging some parts of the way because I only have 40 minutes to workout this morning. Not a problem, as long as I get my 5k in.

I'm excited to try it out and see how it goes. This will be my very first fitness tracker of any kind.
Well, I do, TOM and Saturday's cheese and cake fest are both making me retain water. Yesterday I also did my first weights workout in too long so I am achy today. Lots and lots of water being retained..... that is what I have to believe to be determined to stay on track and get back down to goal this month and then follow it with further losses. I am using this first month of daily planning of noticing patterns and will see next month if they follow around again. I'm not losing focus, but I am gutted to be back up above target
