    The program I'm working out to just went into phase 2 so all new workouts. Today is a plyometric workout. I'm also going to try for another dog walk this evening, as it's a balmy 40 degrees out today (balmy by Alaska winter standards).
  • I'm so happy I accomplished two workouts today! That really increases the likelihood that I'm going to meet my challenge. Part of me wants to start book shopping now. Another part of me says that the book shopping should be part of the reward. For now, I'm going to work on finishing my current book so that I'm ready for the new ones when they arrive. Five more workouts to go!


    My goal for January is to complete a total of 15 workouts (averaging 3 per week, but allowing flexibility if needed). I also have built in a little incentive for myself if I meet my challenge ($40 to buy books), with the potential to earn extra for each additional workout completed ($5 extra per workout).
