Helllloooo ladies. Just finished up my dinner of salmon & broccolli with a brownie for dessert. Diet, what diet??

I love calorie counting. I know my weight loss is slooooow, but at least it's happening.
I have a busy week this week with the kids activities and such, but I'm going to try to fit in a workout tomorrow night and Friday and Saturday. I worked out yesterday, so 4 days in the week is hopefully enough.
Jamie - Great job at Golden Coral! I'm impressed that you ate out twice and did so amazing! Yes, 2000 cals does seem about right if you are doing intense exercise. Why don't you give it a try for a couple weeks and see what happens? 2500 definitely seems too high to me though. I wonder how many calories the people on the biggest loser eat? I'm thinking of joinin a gym as well, I may make it my Onederland goal "reward".
LW - Glad that things are going better for you! Is this the Onederland week???
Jessica - You know, you said you blew it, but reading your post made me think you really have things under control. "Blowing it" to me would mean just mindlessly eatingand not worrying about calorie counts. It seems you still counted your calories and kept yourself in check - what a huge accomplishment! 2500 calories is definitely not that bad, not even enough to gain any weight. And who knows, maybe your body will appreciate the extra calories and let go some extra weight this week?
