

I think I may be able to do 158 so long as my body cooperates 
BUT I definitely have learned that what I put in my body needs to fuel me, it needs to be good for me & the empty calories I put in are bad for me for tons of reasons. It's amazing once that light bulb turns on. 
My next weigh in won't be for a while, as I will be traveling but hoping for another 2 plus pound loss.
I was so close before TOM.
