Fooled- I never thought about how silly I would feel just sitting in on a class--LOL! I think I will go up there and talk to someone, or just "walk by" the class or something. I dunno. I just figure it would be something new and fun, plus something to get me out of the house.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day! I'm not feeling so great about it. I've been on plan and working out, but the scale just doesn't want to move much. We'll see, I have my fingers crossed!



I stayed within my calorie goal, but still feel guilty. 


I am shocked I managed to lose anything as horribly as I started off this week. But, instead of getting frustrated & saying 'The **** with it', I stuck to my guns & made a conscious effort to get back on track. It worked a lil at least. Enough to keep me positive & staying on track to get healthy! Hope everyone has a great day & keep up the GREAT work!
