Andrea - Yay - gym membership!!! Try everything that's free first! Like classes or tours to show you how to use stuff. If they offer personal trainer time, take it! Don't be shy - in a month practically everyone in there will be a newbie, so get past it now. By the time the NewYears Resolution people are clogging up the parking lot and locker rooms you can walk around like ya own the place. (Which you do in a way - the amounts they make you pay to join

As for me - I can't remember if I talked about it before, but I bumped my calories up from 1400 to 1600. (I wasn't usually pulling off the 1400 anyway - and I was all annoyed with myself about it.) I think it has helped with the binginess - and I have stepped up the cardio to compensate. I've been in a pretty good groove lately.

Spin classes are GREAT! Seems to me this stuff is at least 80% head game....
