Love all the food ideas

and Let's just say - whipping cream is my new best friend!
Ran by the grocery store before lunch and grabbed some more eggs, bacon and picked up whipping cream

, romaine lettuce, cukes, broccoli, Brussel sprouts (incredible baked w olive oil), mushrooms, green peppers. Checked out the Atkins Frozen dinners (will wait on those) and bought the Atkins Choc covered almonds - 1.5 carbs per serving (love that they are individually wrapped per serving), Atkins Dark Chocolate shakes (to replace a meal if needed).
We had a meeting this pm and the boss bought in cookies and soda. I had some diet coke and for some reason- I said that I just started a low carb diet! I hate to tell people I'm dieting becuz they start watching me. Lol!!
I had the cream w my coffee when I got home and it's like dessert. Yum!! So much rich flavor in 1 tsp- didn't need sweetener. Save save save all of your suggestions!! I do lettuce wraps a lot and the crunchy cheese idea, etc is awesome. I always have frozen berries on hand (when I get out of induction)
So today I had
B: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon
S: Atkins choc covered almonds (thks Skelley!)
L: chicken breast (on the run- appts all day)
S: Atkins Indulge peanut butter bar and pepper jack cheese)
D: will be my ground beef concoction ( beef, mushrooms, green pepper, green cabbage "woked") served on a huge mound of lettuce ( catching up on veggies).
Coffee w whipping cream
Is worchestire ok to use?
Water water and more water!!!
15.8 net carbs. 1301 calories
I can't believe ALL this food and only 15.8 carbs!!
I wasn't going to get the Atkins products but it said good for all phases -
I'm continuing to read my info. I do need to print out induction plan. Now I'm not sure if I can have the Atkin snacks on that....
Sorry for the book!!!
I'm reading "the New Atkins Made Easy" by Colette Heimowitz 2013 (got from library). Success stories, dining out tips. Etc. and the Atkins carb Counter app rocks! I looked up Burger King net carbs on that- YIKES! But if you get the whopper and throw away the bun- skip the ketchup - all good! The book even suggested asking for extra lettuce so you could wrap the meat in it
Haven't weighed yet but hope this plan works!
