It's been way too long since I've checked in here!! I am still on track though, and still have my July 4 goal in my sights. It will be tight, but as long as I stick to my plan I might be able to make it.
Start Weight (March 6): 250.0 lbs
March 9: 249.6 lbs
March 16: 248.0 lbs
March 23: 245.2 lbs
March 30: 241.4 lbs
April 6: 240.7 lbs
April 13: 236.8 lbs
April 20: 232.4 lbs
I'm down to 231.0 lbs yesterday and today, and so hope to see more lost by my weigh-in on Wednesday. Looking at my weight when I started this challenge, it's pretty cool that soon I'll have lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months.
