Rainbow: CONGRATS!!! Definitely excited for you

Stress can be a killer for not losing weight & hitting plateaus. You definitely do have the power to calm your mind down, so try not to rely on herbal remedies right away. You don't want to become dependent on stuff like that. Try a warm bath/shower or doing something you really enjoy (reading, cooking, etc). OR you can come talk to Us,
sun: I'm getting muscles I didn't even know I had!! I'm like "what's this?" "WHOA!" hahaha! Glad you're house looks good! You definitely deserve it

Omg, Zumba is SO much fun. I go to classes at my local YMCA and it's a ton of fun. I have some DVDs as well (but I haven't done them yet). Let me know how it goes, ok?
Prepping: I'm glad your pup is doing better. It's hard when animals in our lives get sick - they're like our children.
SMS: Congrats on your 30lb loss! That's pretty wicked! I don't know where March went either, but I'm sure April will bring you new opportunities and Motivation will come and you'll be losing even more

Keep up the good work!!

Another sluggish day. I'm getting into a bad routine of sleeping in till noon almost every day and I have a feeling it's going to kick me in the butt once I get back to NC. I'm hoping the next couple days to be up around 9am so I don't feel completely whipped.
I did some more packing, posted some things that I'm trying to sell and ate on plan (kinda - I snacked on some chocolate chips, but I made sure to include them to my daily calorie intake). I binged on some mac'n'cheese last night, which probably wasn't the best thing. The scale was up to 211 today, which made me cringe.
I survived week 3 day 1 of my C25K. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but I struggled a little bit towards the end, but I pushed through it.
After the gym, I went to the mall and got my future hubby a gift (a money clip) and got it engraved. I'm excited to give it to him. He doesn't like surprises, so he's been nagging me to tell him what it is, lol. I'm also getting my hair curled on Friday for my going away party, so I'm excited.
I am nervous though because I won't have access to a gym membership when I'm in NC for at least a month. I'm trying to figure out what I'll do for exercises while i'm down there. I've got a couple of work out DVDs I'm bringing with me, but I don't know what to do for strength training, since I don't have any hand weights :\ Do you ladies have any suggestions?
