Today I got on the scale and started laughing. Even although I ate absolutely great, did two yoga classes yesterday (one was a pretty tough class) and did 40 mins of cardio, plus walked a lot- I managed to go from 133.8 (where I was stuck at for three days) to 135.6, I did up my cals yesterday, but good cals and by 400 or so, I thought that might have helped. I have a couple of different strategies, hopefully one of them works.

I have noticed that even although I have been drinking lots of water and several cups of green tea each day, the last few days I have not been peeing like I usually do (ever ten minutes!

), I wonder if I'm retaining water- any thoughts anyone? I know potty subject is a bit t.m.i

, but my other bathroom business hasn't been the same either.....have any of you noticed this while on a plateau?
I should also add that my period isn't due until around the 16th, it's seldom right on time, but roughly the 16th.
