I guess so. They keep stressing to me that they NEVER allow people to go on stabilization unless they are below 27% body fat because they have found that people over 27% ALWAYS gain their weight back. In my opinion...that's BS! I know for a fact that there are ladies at my center who are NO WAY less body fat than me and they are on stabilization. I feel like I'm at a great weight now and I look pretty darn good too. I'm sick of this program and I just want my life back. But I can't risk jumping off program and just gaining all the weight back. So I'm waiting and waiting, trying to get to THEIR goal weight for me so that I can ease back in to normal life with their stabilization program.
Maybe they are stressing my body fat percentage as goal rather than weight because they secretly think I don't need to lose more weight and they just want to have something to keep me on their program and keep paying for their products!
ALSO, today at my WI, the MRC chick said "well your BMI is going in the right direction. You are at a BMI of 20. Goal is 14.5 - 18.5." Uh...WHAT!? EVERYTHING I've ever read says that any BMI under 18.5 is considered UNDERWEIGHT and very unhealthy and that anything between 18.5-24 is considered healthy.
Sorry for all the negativity but I'm just SO FRUSTRATED!
