I wouldn't rank today's elliptical/abs dvd workout session in my Top Ten of All Time exercise sessions

but it was better than yesterday!
tuesday's workout session:
* 55 minutes on the elliptical machine
* 10 minutes walking
* abs pilates dvd
I didn't lose a lot of weight in the past three weeks, so people on/off this forum suggested I up my caloric intake to 1,500 from my usual 1,200-1,300 daily caloric intake. So I had 1,500 calories yesterday and I'll have it again by the end of this evening.
I'm feeling a bit nervous about doing that, but I understand sometimes your body needs more fuel in order to lose weight effectively and not think its being "starved."
I'm just one of those people that gains weight even by looking at a magazine photograph of a plate of brownies

I'll see what my trainer suggests when I go see her on wednesday
what do you guys think?
