Well girls, I vacuumed my ceilings. Can you hear it now? Scccrrraaapppee, over the entire ceiling!!! Took my sweet ole time doing it too, every nook & cranny, the windows, the blinds..and I wasn't exactly quiet doing those either! heehee ... really got the dogs going up there, nice and riled up...but hey, it was almost 11, they're lucky I didn't do it at 8am! Oh, but wait, yeah, I didnt, because I was TRYING to catch up on the sleep I missed between the hours of 2:30 and 5AM!!! Gggrrrrrrr!! Needless to say, it woke a few people up there trying to sleep, nurse hangovers or whatever, I don't really give a rats behind!

I think I'll go ride my bike now!

Hello ladies! Sorry I missed a check in! I haven't felt so good the last couple of days so I'm resting. All is well though!!!

We are on our way out the door to the river to cool off a bit so I thought I'd pop in and see what everyone is up to.

Danielle...ugh, I'm so sorry to hear about those idiots waking you up again. It is really weird how you and I seem to go through our phases together....lets make this one of those phases where we lose tons and NOT gain it back together shall we? LOL!! So no more waiting for us! It doesnt have to happen overnight, as long as we keep taking a step forward! We can do it! LOL...vaccuuming the ceiling...girl you crack me up! I hope it grated their last nerve too!

hi flawless im not sure what my name means my father is hispanic and he is the one that named me, i think i may purchase turbo jam on ebay i heard the 1st 2 videos where really good for beginners, oh turbo jam is the kickboxing dance workout with better music than the old disco/techno music that most workouts use it is said to burn i think 1000 calories an hour i heard nothing but great things about it i have the billy blanks but it dosent really motivate me it seems more like a chore....

my weekend has been off but i found out why TMO the weird thing is im on the birth control pill seasonal i guess my body has to get use to it... but the cravings are killing me i ate way too many of hubby's good humor bars he knows not to have that stuff in the house lol

The vacuuming was so much fun today! :tongue: I hope they were bothered and irritated! Like I enjoy listening to then in the middle of the night! OH! And when they were on the balcony, there was a girl up there talking to someone on her cell via speaker phone!! She was yelling at some guy about her woes. Utterly ridiculous, but I couldn't bring myself to wake dh since he was actually sleeping. Then this morning I tell him what went on and he wants to know why I didn't wake him!Oye!!

okay I had cotton candy, and a burger, and a hotdog and some cheese curds, hmmm but i won a stuffed dog alright bad on the food but man did i have fun. so many people, i also almost won this life size purple dragon. The vendor was getting pretty nervous. trhis thing was so big i wasn't sure where we were going to put it and my SO was so excited that he was going to give me more money to try again. I stepped back and had to think where the heck am I going to put a 6' dragon? heehee maybe hang it from the ceiling. my house is just not that big. well the room is done and now today is clean up and put it all back together. I did take some pics and just love the color with the floor but still can't figure out how to get it on here. Don't worry I paid for the cotton candy ladies, I haven't had that much sugar in so long that when I got home I had diarrhea , uughhh okay TMI, sorry. ooo and I found this great tapestry of gold and black that was all constellations and zodiac symbols. Only hard thing about the day is we did so much walking that my ankle was screaming by the time we got back to the truck.
history lesson here, I had an accident years ago where a car door hit my ankle and after surgery I ended up with about half the cartilage removed from my ankle. I know ouch so I will never be able to run far but most days it doesn't bother me anymore. I used to live for the cortisone injections. I haaven't needed one of those in quite awhilelike 2 years . guess I will have to dig out my brace for today. alot of stuff going into storage.
BTW anyone see the gas prices yesterday? ours jumped fropm 3.07 to 3.15 Acckkk then I read this morning that BP shut down an oil line in alaska due to a pipe line leak.

I'm still under the weather, but I'm having 3FC withdrawls, so I have to come here...lol...
Thanks so much for all the well wishes, that makes me feel better already!

Basically, the liquid diet is a success because I don't feel like eating anyway... I'm gonna post my weigh in on the 10th. I have high hopes, but we'll see.

I am mired in severe grouchiness. Could be due to illness, could be due to food withdrawls- or both. Whatever the case I need to come back more often to seek support. I don't know if I can do it without you all.
