  • 56 mins bellydance workout and 20 mins on the gazelle.

    Group Total=7985+76=8061

    Personal Total=589
  • I got in 35 minutes today (weights and a walk with the dogs)

    Group total ~ 8061 + 35 = 8096
  • For Yesterday
    30 Minutes Biggest Loser DVD. (Low intensity was rough!)

    Group Total 8096 + 30 = 8120


    Have to take a kiddo to the Dr. this morning and run a few errands, but will do strength training this afternoon. No cardio today, my legs are killing me!
  • Well, after a bad start to the week with no exercise...I finally walked yesterday. 35 minutes.

    personal goal 600 - 221 = 379 to go!

    Group total 8120 + 35 = 8155
  • Woke up this morning feeling SICK of my bike. So, I decided to do a DVD instead. Rented the Biggest Looser DVD and watched it last night - too hard on my arthritic knee. So, I did Gunnard Peterson's "Give me 20." It's mostly weights on the ball. Exercises went fast and had me breathing hard. Still, I think his "25 minute Full Body Workout" is a better set of moves so I will try that two days from now when I'm doing weights again.

    Group Total: 8155 + 20 = 8175

  • Forgot to post my exercise yesterday. I did 50 minutes.


    8175+50=8225
  • Strength training 30 minutes

    Group Total 8225 + 30 = 8255
  • 40 minutes cardio dance today.

    Brings me to 505 mins this month so far. Ahead of plan!

    And brings our total to 8295!!! That's over 138 hours!!!! WOW!!! Let's get waaay past 10k this month!
  • I did 22 minutes on the treadmill, had my personal training session for 30 minutes and then got back on and did another 13 minutes on the treadmill. That brings my personal total to 721.

    The group total is now 8295 + 65 = 8360
  • 45 mins on the gazelle and 45 mins of bellydance workout

    Group Total= 8360+90=8450

    Personal Total=679
  • I managed a measly 60 mins walking, it about killed me, so I won't count my goal down but I will add it to our total,
    GROUP TOTAL 8450+60= 8510

  • Didn't post yesterday's so I have two days to enter.

    Thursday - 25 mins treadmill, 20 mins strength training (did before bike this time, and it was easier to do a little longer) then 25 mins on the bike

    Friday - 25 treadmill, 35 mins on bike (a little slower as I was really tired)

    Personal Goal... 720 - 130 = 590 mins to go for March

    Group Total... 8510 + 130 = 8640

    I'm glad it's Friday! Have a movin' and groovin' day everyone.

    Did 30 minutes BL DVD Cardio

  • I made it to 10 minutes on the elliptical and then I did another 30 on the treadmill bringing my total to 761.

    The group total is now 8670 + 40 = 8710
  • Just 30 mins for today, and I am going to have to work at getting a workout in tomorrow, but I will try.
