Aleksandra: I too can be a total chocoholic. Thing is once I shake off the addiction I don't know what brings me back. Because when I'm not 'craving' it, I really could go without for weeks.

I decided to ease back into counting and food journalling I'm going to do so only on the days where my activity levels are low, such as most weekends.
I feel lost without a plan but I feel as if i'm slowly piecing one together, one that is sustainable for me
