Hope everyone's day is going well.

I'm having trouble getting my calories in today. I need to go to the store and stock up on healthy food, because I have way too much junk in this house. Breakfast this morning was a donut! I've already beaten myself up over that bad decision so I guess it is time to move on. I still haven't exercised, but plan on getting that in some time today.

But I still can not wait for them to start ~ but then I worry until they get home ~but I getta relax a little too & Go out on dates with the hubby~even if it is just to pay bills together or eat out at Like Long john silvers Or KFC or something LOL~Or just sit Together all day ALONE & have some peace ~LOL ~Plus I can get my house back to being clean again!~It's summer messy now~lived in A bit too much ~LOL!

Jdonato~Thats was so nice of your sis~Maybe u can find a cheap thrift store nearby~They usually always have small sized nice clothing priced cheap! Or call your local churches & see if any have clothing giveaways cause usually they are from the church members Donated & super nice & dressy & FREE for those that need a helping hand!~just an idea~HUGS!

I ended the day at 1420 cal. When i worked tonight at the fruit stand, i picked out lots and lots of fruit to bring home. We eat it like crazy around here, even my husband is eating it now. That is really amazing! He's the junk food king. I gained 1 lb. so far from the ice cream yesterday, thankfully hubby ate the rest of the ice cream tonight, no more left. I hope I don't gain again, I burned alot of calories working outside yesterday, so we'll see. I did good today, but I gotta stop this ice cream addiction. It's so hard cause I have to have it here for everyone else, if it were up to me, I would not buy it at all. I want to get an ice cream maker( too expensive), so I can make my own smaller portions, then I can't eat so much. Hope everyone has a great, successful day!

Am staying on plan, and feeling well, just not losing weight at the moment. Guess my body is having a rest after losing a good chunk of itself this year.

Tues I was just feeling blah but was able to get through my jog and then rest and eat healthy. Wed. and yesterday I felt better. Last night while volunteering (for my sons hockey team) at a concert I was so misserable, I kept getting REALLY hot and then I would feel like I was going to faint. The worst part was that most of us carpooled, so I was stuck. When I finally got home, I was so ill. This morning I am exhausted, and achey all over. I know that I need to drink water, but do not want to drink too much to quickly.
bleh - I hope this goes away soon.

Well, went to the doc for the first time in 10+ years yesterday... She found some kinda spot behind my eye & made a second doc come in to look, and that one said it could be a melanoma and I have to have a head scan and blah blah blah. Life was easier staying away from doctors.

Also, before the doc appt I got in a HUGE fight with my BF and pretty much broke up with him. I don't REALLY want to break up with him, but I am SO FED UP with his porn addiction. (Yeah maybe TMI, but whatever--it's relevant. I'm fat and ugly and tired of not being able to compete with skinny hot chicks. I feel like I'm being cheated on, and that I'm not good enough for him. I can't even get him off mosta the time, but they always can. I wish they'd all die.)

Had to pretty much OD on ambien to sleep last nite.


I feel like all I do is come here and whine, and I'm sorry for that.

I really hope you have a better day today M3rma1d. I hope what they found behind the eyes is nothing. And I can't blame you regarding your BF. He needs to respect your wishes regarding porn IMO!

Well, a nice # on the scale this morning. Back down to 173(last Sunday's weight) im keeping my fingers cross for a loss this week...come on My Fairy Scale Mother...wave your wand at me

Lori-DH and I went on a little outing this morning getting grocery's and it was so nice and quiet,LOL. He was half asleep(worked until 6am) but we got in and out quickly...we didnt have anything in the house to eat this morning I got my pizza stuff..yum!!!

I decided to make a chart of my weight. I've weighed my every day for over a month now. And I remember what I weighed just before I went on a trip the end of June. The numbers go up and down a bit throughout the month, but the last month was an overall 4-5 pound reduction. If I can do the same over the next few weeks, I'm hoping that will be enough to be back in my old clothes, and to feel sleek enough to be content. (If we women ever are content with our body image....)

Okay so been back 2 full days now and dropped 2 pounds so thinking I was carrying a lot of water weight from all that good southern food - oh Smithfield BBQ and fried shrimp how I love you! Good thing I don't live in NC anymore!

Trying to keep moving because I have twins who are leaving for college next week and I am a wreck - crying, grumpy, etc. Really stupid because they are going to school here but living in the dorms! And my 15 year old got his drivers permit yesterday and that is a enough to make me cry right there! Where my other two were cautious and reserved, this one got behind the wheel and immediately said "WHOO HOO! Look at this!" and started swerving down the street! HOLY COW!

Silverlife - graphing my daily weigh ins really helped me see progress over the long term. I also made correlations between food and exercise and weight.

Amelia - thanks, it felt good too! I dread exercise sometimes, but it really is an upper for me.

She said she just never really paid much attention to her way home with me before ~I FREAKED & Said no way in heck will I ever let her get a DL until she matures some! I was & still am freaking out~Regardless I can keep her from it for another year nearly til next May anyways!~I AM SENDING U A MASSIVE HUG FROM OHIO!

UGH! UP 2 pounds this morning due to my delicious meal with the hubbie last night. I think most of it is water retention. I had 2 glasses of wine, some bread, a few bites of his dessert. Then my stomach hurt for the rest of the evening. Serves me right. I knew I should have ordered a salad with grilled chicken, but it was a fancy Italian place. I didn't eat much of my entree and brought it home for hubbie to eat. Guess I will up my water and be sure to get my exercise in this weekend.

Just a quick run by - I need to prep for my trip across the country tomorrow! I'm driving back home to NY from LA ... a little scary!

Also, I started South Beach (again) yesterday... may seem a little silly with the big drive ahead, but I think it will keep me from pigging out too much on the road. Burgers and fries are not easily resisted by me, so if I fell I "can't" have them, I might be better off.

Just a quick check in on the hubby's iPhone...we're on our way to Chattanooga for an over night trip to get away...but I got on the scale this AM and I'm down to 167.2!!! That's 1.2 lost this week!! I put on a pr of shorts I've only worn twice and they're too big!! Just wore them 4wks ago! But oh well, that's y I got them at goodwill bc I knew I wouldn't be in them for long!!!! It made my day, but also sad bc I liked em so much!! Oh well!! Hope everyone has a good weekend...and try to stay cool!!!
